For Sale: Perfect working Magnepan MG2.5R True Ribbon Speakers. The only 2-way Magnepan with Ribbon Tweeters made. The newer MG2.7QR is a Quasi Ribbon and a major step down. Crossovers are original stock. Feet are not stock, but sturdier than original.All voicecoil wires have been reglued onto mylar with Magnepan supplied N30 glue and ready for another 30+ years of service. New socks too. The MG2.5R and the MGIIIa are by far the best performing speaker per unit cost in Magnepan's lineup...and would look awesome next to a Eames Chair (not included)!
