Audio Note Kits L3 tube preamplifier professionally built by DigitalPete. Audio Note is the authority in high end audio kit equipment. This unit features many design upgrades including balanced XLR outputs, Khozmo stepped attenuator (volume control), Dueland capacitors (X2), and new old stock (NOS) tubes in addition to the stock tubes provided. The preamplifier incorporates two 5687-line stage tubes as well as power supply tubes. Standard build features include: I/E Core output transformers, Audio Note tin foil film signal capacitors, Beyschlag resistors, Audio Note AN-A shielded cable, PTFE silver plated copper wire and M2 Power Supply. This is an extremely well-designed preamplifier with incredible sound and spatial nuance. The unit provides outstanding high frequency reproduction and detailed bass response. Original owner.
