In good condition. Includes the remote; however, the Vol-Down button sticks, rendering it non-functional. I use a Harmony remote, which has the SSP-75 in its database. Wonderful for 2-Ch--you know it from Classe. OK for basic HT, but no longer modern. It's a beast. Weighs ~50 LB. Classe put everything they had into this Pre-Pro at the time.Comes with manual, calibration mike Remote (not working--but Classe will refurbish for $100--and then you will have a new remote). You want this as a DAC (GREAT) for 2-ch Stereo and PA functions. Highly prefer local sale in Philly Area. If so, I will reduce price for local sale in CC or burbs.
