One pair of Electra-Print DRD 300B mono-block amps. This pair was built by Jack E. from Electra-Print. They have massive output transformers and a huge oil cap on top. They come as a mirror-image pair with chrome top plate and walnut base. When was the last time you saw a tube amplifier with 2, 4, 8 and 16 ohm output taps? The 2 ohm tap is especially uncommon. The amps are currently set for 4 ohms but can easily be changed to another value (see the last photo). The physical condition is good-to-very-good. One amp has a small piece of green tape on the top plate near the 300B tube (see photos 1 and 2). It came that way when I got it and I left it alone. The output and power transformers were plated with real gold. The amps work fine and sound great. I have used them both full-range and as bass amps in a bi-amp setup (my woofers needed amps with 2 – 4 ohm output taps). The tube compliment for each amp is one 6AN4 input/driver tube and one 300B output. Due to the unique circuit, Jack manages to get about 13 watts per channel. The buyer has the option to chose either JJ or EH output tubes. At my asking price, I will include a pair of well-made, heavy-duty power cables. Otherwise no power cords included. These amps are big and heavy! They need to be shipped in separate boxes approx. 40 pounds each. No extra cost for expert double box packing and PayPal. I will use the least expensive shipping method of your choice. If you want more information about these amps search Google for “Bill Gaw Electraprint DRD”. You will find Enjoy the Music articles about these amps (Chapters 27, 28 and 30). Thanks!
