White Audio Labs A 100 circa early 90's, from Randy White in Lubbock Texas, which later became LLanos Group. These amplifers are two stage gain similar to Pass's Aleph designs, and run CLass A to 70 watts, and then CLass A/B. Sound id very very good, wide, open, depth behind speakers, deep tight bass, and everything else you can think of. THis amp definitely does have some scratches on the handles, and on of the rear heat sink fins is bent. Otherwise the cosmetics are excellent and hardly noticeable. Operates perfectly, runs fairly warm, not hot, bi-wireable and can also be bridged to mono 400 watts. Accepts balanced XLR and unbalanced rca ipnuts. These are fairly rare, and they are powerhouse amplifiers. Bear in mind these amplifiers were introduced before soft start technology and there is a slight thump upon turn off in each channel, but this is perfectly normal.These amps are stable down to a 1 ohm load. I do not have the original box but I can pack and ship it double boxed, or local pickup in Washington DC area.
