This phono stage was built by Min of Tube Audio Lab The following is what he had to say about the design. "What attracted me to this project is the fact that design uses a very solid power supply, one that is good enough to drive a hefty class A single ended amp. It has choke input followed by two CRC network. The heaters are well regulated via DC conversion followed by CRC network also. I built as per JE Labs' schematic, except I chose to use a 2.2k resistor bypassed with 100uF/100VDC cap instead of using a rechargeable battery. It's a very good sounding unit. There is a plenty warmth and detail. Very musical!"
