Up for sale is my 45 stereo amplifier built by Min at Tube Audio Lab and based on the Jeff Korneff schematic. The sound of this amp is effortless and mesmerizing. Unfortunately, depending on the recording, 2 watts per channel is sometimes not enough to drive my 92 db speakers to the levels I like in my 19’ x 15’ room.Operation mode: 2 watts per channel; Pure Class A; Single Ended Triode; Directly-Heated; Auto biased Tube complement: Output = Pair of RCA 45 tubes; Input/Driver = Pair of Russian 6SN7; Rectifier = One MarTron 5U4G (pictured) plus an extra RCA 5U4GB Features: Electra-Print output transformers; 100% point-to-point wired, no PCB used Specifications: Input impedance = 220k; No negative feedback; Output Impedance = 8 or 4 ohms (switch at back of amp); Net weight = 25 lbs I am the second owner. The amp has been well cared for and is in excellent shape with no scratches. The build of the amp was completed in January of this year. It can be seen on the Tube Audio Lab site here: http://www.tubeaudiolab.com/id201.html The amp will be well packed in a double box, outer is 24” x 24” x 25” and inner is 23” x 17” x 12”.
