Very easy to listen to speakers and play much better than their price tag would suggest. Bottoms have transfer smudges from being on stands with Hudson HiFi silicone isolation hemispheres. Notice in pics that tweeter mesh covers were removed for performance reasons but they are back in place again. They are easily removed with a fine point pick tool and have pliable adhesive dots on rim of mesh cover that secure them to mounting channel in faceplate. This is a widely used tweak for tweeter by removing any interference caused by mesh cover. I did hear a smoother response but most may not hear any difference. These were rotated in and out of my home office system over the last year and a half, have roughly 700 hours on them. I have five pairs of bookshelf speakers between home office and work office. Elac has some new models out that I am going to purchase so these need a new home for someone else to enjoy. Prefer a local sale and willing to deliver within a reasonable distance of Philly Metro area. Cash preferred upon pickup or delivery.
