If you're reading about this, then you most likely know what it is. These very rarely come up for sale (there are none currently offered on the usual-suspect other sites) and for very good reason. Excellent condition, absolutely no cosmetic or functioning issues whatsoever. I have posted pics for better or worse-rest assured it is in excellent condition. Faceplate is the sexy 1/4" smoked acrylic that lets through the faint glow of tubes (a nice touch in an otherwise darkened listening room late at night--provided you block-out the laser-like blue power light!). Comes with the Audiomat recommended and provided tubes which have at most maybe a few hundred listening hours on them. A meticulously well-built and engaging sounding amp; you will forget about everything else and it will keep you up late at night listening to just the music (as it did countless times for me). All the reviews speak for themselves and this is a rare case in hi-end audio where it isn't simply rhetoric. I was a subscriber to "Listener" magazine and trusted them more than the other guys (and gals) when it came to their equipment reviews: Bruce Kennett liked this amp so much (4-1/4 Quality stars/3 Value Stars-the highest rating!) he bought it and became a dealer for the company! Mutine has once again raised the price and it is currently listed at $4990 Canadian--approximately $4398 US Dollars.
