This is an all original Nobis Cantabile power amp. See the review for a full description. Condition appearance wise is excellent. The amp stopped working, and the manufacture/builder/repairman is no longer reachable. I talked to a local tech, who tells me that repairing the amp would most likely be very easy, but that the FETs in the first stage get noisy, and are no longer available. I'd rather not sell a piece of equipment that I can't be sure is working properly. I prefer to sell it to someone who can work on it, and make it better than new. This would be a perfect project amp for someone familiar with the Dynaco 70. It would be a good starting point, to replace or update the first stage, add audiophile caps, resistors, etc. While I have owned the amp for many years, it has gotten very light use in my 2nd system. I will include 6 EL34 [4-Valve Art, 2-EH] tubes, that all tested good on my Eico 666. Condition is listed as 5, because it doesn't work, appearance wise it is a strong 8. Nobis Technology became Signature Technology, and I have the manual for the Signature Tech branded model. I have no idea what the true value of the cabinet, transformers, and various components are worth. So, I'm asking $600, but will consider offers. The amp weighs about 30lbs, at asking price I will include shipping.
