I have a pair of closely matched (27.3 / 27.8 and 28.8 / 28.3) Panno 6H23N-EB tubes. I've had these laying around in my stereo excess for quite a few years(10-12?). They were intended to use in a Carver CD player I had with a tube preamp section. I wound up selling the unit shortly after purchasing them. The tubes have what amounts to virtually no hours of use.
