Up for sale, my excellent restored Lenco L70 turntable, made in 1960s. Originally a US model Bogen Presto B61. This is a sought-after idler drive TT, with steady speed, authoritative sound, pristine condition. New Audio Silente alloy idler wheel. The tonearm is Denon DA-305, very precise, balances well, and with beautiful satin finish. Painted steel base on layered birch ply plinth constructed by a woodworker friend, with walnut veneer on top and bottom. Thick plinth treated w/ Danish oil. All manual, very heavy. Designed to operate turned 90 degrees to make room for the longer-than-original tonearm and puts rarely-used speed control on back. Install your cartridge. No cover. I can send pics of the bottom and tonearm close-up.I'm only selling because I'm not using it enough. The only caveat is the tonearm is in its lowest position and still sits about 1mm higher than ideal. 2 mats on the platter, top is felt.
