FOR SALE: Victor UA-7045 10" static-balanced gimbal bearing tonearm. Ideal for low and medium mass carts of medium-high compliance. Excellent tracking arm. This was the arm sold with the top-of-the-line Victor TT-101 turntable (also known as the QL-10 when sold as a set in plinth) in the early 1980s. The arm is in excellent working condition.PRICE: $499 (Only other one I've seen recently is $768 in HK) I have used it on a double-armed plinth with a Victor TT-81 phono motor. The other arm was a Denon DA-309 arm.
The Denon arm, the Victor TT-81 motor, and the plinth to house all three are also available. COSMETIC CONDITION: Excellent cosmetic condition. A few "age spots" on the chromed counterweight but you have to look closely and they can be removed with a bit of elbow grease. I can send EMS (registered airparcel), by boat (cheapest), or by air/land (which usually comes to be 10-20% cheaper than EMS). As an indication, the package is likely to be about 1.0-1.5kg including packing materials, which means shipping of the whole unit would probably cost on the order of $25-35 (to be confirmed) by EMS to the US and half that by surface freight.
