I am selling this Carver Receiver 2000 from my personal collection of over 15 years and includes the elusive Carver aluminum remote which I rarely used. Capacitors have been replaced and board cleaned up. This is a very powerful receiver and the tuner is amazing. It works and sounds great. There are no loose or replaced parts/knobs/buttons or lights that are not working. It has many unique features such as sonic holography, level adjustments for mid-range, treble and bass, loudness, stepped-attenuating volume pot, FM band narrow, filter. It can run multiple pairs of speakers and sounds very nice with even high end, low sensitivity speakers.

Audiophile friends and visitors to my home appreciate this unit with surprising acceptance in comparison to much newer and more expensive separates.
Unit is very nice shape with no obvious dings. NON SMOKING pet free home.
