Acurus RL-11 preamplifier is in very good cosmetic and playing condition, 8/10. I do not have the remote, but they are available on E-Bay. I am not a remote guy but this unit will allow for remote operaation if so desired. Otherwise it sounds identical to an Acurus LS-10 in every respect. Quiet, clean, very neutral preamp. I do not have original box or owners manual butg rest assured it will be well packaged fro shipment. Also see my ad for Acurus A250 amplifier that I ran with it. Very nice and powerful amplifier, also 8/10
