This is not an upgraded D2 to D2v but a sparingly used original D2v. It has no issues and comes complete with everything it was originally packaged with including ARC and two remotes, one of which was never even removed from its package; the other was removed but placed right back after i realized my old D1 remote also worked the D2v so you essentially will get two new remotes. I'd call it mint but am giving it an 8/10 to be conservative. All I can find on it is some small scratches on the rear panel where attempts were made to blindly insert an HDMI cable but you won't find a better one out there otherwise. This unit does not have the 3D upgrade but it is available from Anthem.
