Excellent DVD player with HDMI output but, beyond that, where it really excels is in audio playback. It plays redboook CDs as well as any CDP at twice this price and decodes HDCD discs. Also plays DVD-Audio.The new price was $1,800 and it was designed and manufactured in the UK. Voltage input is switchable between 115V and 230V. It has coax and optical digital outputs and works very well as a transport, though the internal Wolfson 24/192 DACs are better than many moderately priced external DACs. It has a small scratch under the disc drawer and some light scratches on the top and back. Comes with the remote, owners manual as a searchable PDF on disc and a printout of the manual. Included is the original power cable and in addition a high-quality one-meter Belden 19364 shielded power cable with Marinco connectors. I have the internal packing and will double-box for shipment.
