I purchased it from Ayre on 9-6-2016, it was hardly ever used, and has been in storage for most of its life. It comes with the original owners manual and remote -- in perfect condition also. Note: the remote control has been kept in its original clear plastic sleeve at all times, so it remains completely unblemished, like-new, and sanitary.
