For clarification Rhapsody Music and Cinema is the ONLY authorized representative of Kondo Audio Note Japan in the US. This has been the case since January of 2012,over two years. There are currently NO other dealers in the US that are authorized by Kondo Audio Note Japan. If there are any questions regarding whether any other dealers other than Rhapsody that are currently authorized to sell, support and offer factory warranty service, please contact Rhapsody at 212-229-1842 and we will put you in touch via email or telephone with either Charles Tse, the Kondo Worldwide Sales Manager, located in HK or the principles of Kondo, located in Kawasaki, Japan. with the principals at Kondo Audio Note Japan to clarify either any product or authorized Kondo "dealer" questions that you might have.We are posting this ad to inform potential Kondo customers of pricing or product availability claims made by third parties, which are not in anyway affiliated with Kondo of Japan, regarding Kondo products.
