Hello. This is a great sounding amplifier. Much more musical than that old GFA-535. Very good power. It's rated at 50 WPC into 8 Ohms but it sound like much more than that. The number of output devices and size of the power supply dictate that it is actually at least 80 WPC in my opinion. I have replaced all of the electrolytic capacitors with Audio grade Nichicon caps. Very expensive. The are no op-amps in the signal path and there's only one coupling cap per channel which was upgraded to the Audyn-CAP Plus caps. This really opened things up and added a touch of sweetness to the sound. It has a manual or auto turn-on. Once it 'sees' an audio signal, it turns itself on. There are several scratches on the top and sides. See pictures. Face is decent. Looks very presentable in a rack. Let me know if you have any questions. Ed
