If this bothers you you could remove the control add a second nut and reposition the volume control inboard. It does look like there is room but one wire would have to be removed and then re-soldered. Actually the shaft could be cut down to do the same thing. The blue power light is loose, it is just held in place by the wires. It looks like it might have had to be installed from the outside and it was not assembled that way. It does not fall in or anything, it is just something that I wanted to point out. Sounds great! Original double box (17" X 15" X 11")
