Single Brimar 5R4GY rectifier tube. The seller I bought it from thought it was NOS, and I've put no more than 300 hours on it. Unfortunately I am not able to provide measurements. Please note that the base is slightly loose, but since it wasn't causing problems I never attempted to fix that.
