A pair of Quad 12L Active (powered) speakers. Make for wonderful desktop speakers or for a small to mid-sized room. They simplify setup because all they need is a dac or control preamp. I have two pairs and am selling one. This was a brand new pair I received in June 2014, the last pair that a former North American Quad distributor had left in his closest.User review comments:

"...ruthlessly revealing" On my PC desktop, I use them on top of the smaller Isoacoustics stands and 7"x8" wood blocks from Heinecke Wood Products. As part of a 2.0 HDTV and Oppo/PS Audio dac living room system, I found the Sanus laminated wood stands worked great, and I added Herbie's Square Fat Dots underneath for better isolation. Physically, there are no scratches, dings, marks, etc… they are perfect!
