PAIR QUAD ESL 57 STANDS FOR STACKING. STANDS ONLY (SPEAKERS NOT INCLUDED).

LOCAL NJ PICKUP ONLY. contact njaudio2010@yahoo.com

Pair-picture does not show stands together (better pictures coming up). Appear to be cast iron. I was told by original seller that they were made by an Italian company. There is no name on it (will look again-it maybe hidden somewhere). It has an outer frame that holds an inner frame. The inner frame is used to secure the speakers. there is a swivel point at middle (between frames) that allows stands to be tillted up/down - this will facilitate imaging. It comes with castors. 2 of the castors are loose (see pictures) and need to be re-attached -- price has been reduced because of this. The stands have been used and speakers can be mounted as shown (will require removal of ESL-57 wood frame). Mounting is done by simply screwing in the quads to the stands (screws are supplied).

NOTE. CAUTION MUST BE USED WHEN mounting speakers. At least 2 people are needed. Its is recommended that speakers be mounted while on the ground and carefully lifted BY OUTER FRAME. Gloves should be worn. Hands should be placed on OUTER frame & speaker lifted by the fixed outer frame only. Note that the tilting feature effectively creates a scissors.... so fingers should never be placed between the 2 frames.
