I have recently been forced to replace both mid/hi drive units in my Thiel cs2.7's because one developed a mechanical noise at moderate playing levels. Since Thiel no longer manufactures these units with a silver bezel (which i had and are the original units), i was forced to purchase two of the black bezel units at an staggering $525 + shipping for EACH ONE so they match. Asking $359 (obo). Hence, this spare that i no longer need. It is in absolute perfect working condition. I have the other driver with the mechanical noise available as well if you are interested (and do not play at moderate to loud levels) for $100.00. If you own either models of Thiels listed above with the silver bezel mid/high driver, do yourself a favor and buy a spare or be force to pay over 1k like i did. Any questions, just ask.
