I am selling a sublime set of ADS L1590, the flagship model of their widely acclaimed and reviewed L series of speakers. You can find some outstanding reviews of this model. You rarely see these for sale as most audiophiles just keep them in their lineup. They are a three way design with dual 12" woofers with butyl surrounds and the very famous ADS midrange and tweeter domes, astonishing good drivers all in very good shape. The black metal grilles are in good shape. I have painted the grilles and refreshed the walnut veneer finishes. They sound spectacular at all frequencies, just a larger presentation of that warm ADS sound still revered by audiophiles today. They have a protective fuse to protect the domes in case of a spike, a very nice feature that can save the owner some heartache and $$. They also have the optional black molder base unit on each speaker. The finish has just a few mars and one medium sized one on one side of one speaker, which I have filled to some degree; none of which are real evident and nothing seen from the front.
A speaker system like this could easily cost from $15-20k in today's market.
These are large and heavy so I cannot ship. Thy can be picked up in NE Florida. I think I have listed a fair price for this model in this condition, but would accept offers for serious inquiries.
