Top shelf is 3" thick and other shelves are 2" thick. Stand is 41" high and total width (shelf width + width of side pieces is 64.5") 10 inch distance between shelves. Aside from the beautiful, custom, woodwork - the rack is dead silent. Plus - the rack holds a ton of equipment
