Cary SLP-98 tube preamp in Black & Jaguar Red with remote & manual. Very nice condition; I'd give it an "8" on the Audiogon scale: there's a little bit of scuffing on the front panel, & a little bit of the gold lettering looks worn in a couple of places. The red chassis looks pristine. Comes with the (separate) power supply, remote, manual, & the original (2) Cary boxes & packing.It has the original factory Chinese tubes. I don't know many hours are left, but it still sounds great with these tubes IMO. Altho I have the original boxes, I'd rather try to sell for cash local p/u (about an hour North of Boston) for now. I would consider shipping to someone with a lot of good FB on here or A'gon. I generally ship UPS ground. Note on the packing: It comes in the original (2) Cary boxes & packing. The main preamp unit is double-boxed, & has a whole packaging "system" inside--some of the best packing I've seen for any audio component. The power supply ships in it's own separate box. Also, I have a LOT of great FB on A'gon, both as buyer & seller, & also on ebay.
