I am selling a wonderful, highly rated and reviewed Blue Circle BC 21 in great condition. It is of course, hand built with with point to point wiring with premium wire and devices. It has tape input and output and has three line inputs. It is a simple design that is well constructed and it sounds sublime with smooth highs and a solid bass, much more than you might expect from a tube preamp. You can search for Stereophile's great review on the net. This one has the Shallco volume pot, expensive but worth it.
