The Goldring 1012GX uses the acclaimed Gyger II diamond stylus, a fine line type which gives smooth extended high frequencies with a low distortion and reproduces a highly detailed and dynamic sound. The 1012GX has a strong, one-piece molded body made from an ultra-rigid glass-reinforced polyester. The 1012GX is a highly rated cartridge that is a great match and easy "upgrade" recommendation for entry-level and sub-$1,000 turntables (eg. Rega, Pro-Ject, Music Hall, etc). Excellent condition. I prefer to conservatively rate the items I sell, hence the 8/10 rating for this terrific little cartridge. Please check my feedback here and for my Audiogon username and buy with complete confidence. Asking price includes shipping and we can make PayPal arrangements. I did the best I could taking "macro" pics with my cell phone; thanks for your understanding, lol. Goldring 1012GX Phono Cartridge Specifications
