I have a used Woo Audio WA6 with extra tubes for sale. My price is fair and firm, and buyer is responsible for all shipping costs. I believe this unit originally sold for $700. I am asking $400 for mine. The next cheapest one I can find on any site is $500 plus shipping. Considering that mine also comes with several backup tubes, I think this is a really good price.

The amp is in good but not perfect cosmetic condition. There are no scuffs or scratches anywhere on the amp, but there is one mar on one of the corners of the top plate. It's next to one of the hex screws on top of the amp and can be seen in the pictures. It's less than 1/16" x 1/16" total.

There are no cosmetic issues I can see other than that.

There is also one modification that has been made to this amp. The previous owner added a line out to this amp. He used gold plated amphenol RCA output jacks and silver based solder. He had implemented the WA6 as a post DAC pre-amplifier. The added RCA output jacks doesn't affect the performance or functionality of the headphone amp. He is a fellow a'goner and has 100% feedback.

Aside from the cosmetic issue listed above, this amp is 100% cosmetically and functionally good to go. Considering that it is a used item with 2 owners (including myself), the mar on the top plate, and the modification performed by the previous owner, I'd feel confident rating this piece a 7/10 overall.

I paired this headphone amp with a pair of Sennheiser HD 650s, and it really did live up to the hype. I plugged in the headphone amp into the line out on my Audion Sterling Hardwired integrated and loved the results. The performance was amazing when used with my Nakamichi tape deck, Teac DAC, and even my Apple TV. I wasn't as sold on it's pairing with my Clearaudio table with my Micro Benz Ruby cartridge, so I've decided to sell it and try out a Bottlehead Crack with Speedball instead. My table has been hard to pair with a headphone amp (I haven't found one I like yet), so maybe it's just me.

If you have any questions, please feel free to ask. As I said above, buyer is 100% responsible for shipping costs, and the price is firm. I have 100% feedback on eBay (username: mr.jananderson), Audiogon (username: thoroughfare), USAudiomart (username: thoroughfare), and Discogs (username: jchristiananderson). Buy with confidence.

Please note this unit does not come with a power cord. It was not originally sold with one. It does come with the original box and includes spare sets of NOS tubes: 6DE7, 6FD7, and two 274B rectifiers.
