For sale is an Elekit TU879S single ended 6L6 integrated amplifier. This is a well-regarded kit amplifier built very carefully by an experienced builder. With a volume control and two switchable inputs, this amplifier sounds very good and can run the user’s choice of 6L6, KT88, KT120, EL34, 807, etc. In short, anything in the 6L6 family works here. I found my best sound with a pair of 807 tubes on adapters. I’ve had many, many single ended amplifiers over the years and this amp sounds better than anything in its price range that I have experienced, and as good as many amplifiers much farther up the price ladder. With this wide range of tube types and driven by a single 12AX7 tube this is a great platform for some serious tube rolling fun! This amp has the good power transformer. Amp includes Electro Harmonix 6L6 tubes with little use, a Chinese 12AX7 and I am including an upgraded input tube, a wonderful NEC 12AD7, one of the best 12AX7 types ever made.
