Objective2 amp + ObjectiveDAC (O2+ODAC)- Special Desktop Edition.
This O2+ODAC SDE combo is based on the highly acclaimed O2 and ODAC, a neutral and transparent headphone amplifier with a high quality DAC, customized here in a "Special Desktop Edition" in a high quality case.
This combo includes its own power supply and it was designed to be plugged directly to a wall outlet (available for 115VAC or 230VAC); it uses only quality components, a toroidal transformer and a Schaffner EMI mains filter.
Objective DAC section (USB input): it can be used independantly from the Objective 2 amplifier section : the optional DAC out RCA connectors and the "DAC mode" toggle switch may be useful if you want to use only the DAC section as a source for another external amplifier.
Also, the Objective DAC section has a USB Audio Class 1 interface (Tenor TE7022L) which enables it to be recognized simply and quickly on most Operating Systems (Windows XP & Later, OS X x86, Linux) using only the native drivers. (this ensures a trouble free use with most computers)
Housed in a high quality black metal enclosure with silver aluminum front panel and massive aluminum knobs.
